White chocolate coconut bliss balls

Perfect sized white chocolate, coconut snack bites. Super creamy and easy to make.

  • 200 g cashew nuts soaked
  • 200 g vegan white chocolate
  • 50 ml coconut flakes
  • 0,5 tsp sea salt
  • 1-2 tbs scandinavian syrup
  1. Put all of the ingredients except the syrup in a food processor.
  2. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Taste and add syrup if you want a sweet bliss ball. If you prefer a not so sweet snack, add water or plant based milk instead.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls and then roll the balls in coconut flakes.
  5. Store in fridge up to a week.
