Vegan chocolate with cardamom flavor

Easy home made vegan chocolate flavored with cardamom and cinnamon.

  • 100 ml cocoa
  • 100 ml cocoa butter
  • 2-3 tbs agave syrup
  • 1,5 tsp cardamom
  • 0,5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  1. Melt the cocoa butter over water bath.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until everything is mixed.
  3. Taste and add more spices if you wish.
  4. Pour into a chocolate silicone mold or on baking paper.
  5. Put in the fridge to harden.
  6. Store the chocolate in the fridge.
Recipe Notes

Substitution Note: Vanilla sugar may be substituted with vanilla extract. 1 tsp vanilla sugar = 0,25-0,5 tsp vanilla extract.
