Easy vegan bread

Vegan bread recipe easy fast

No knead vegan bread

Who doesn’t love freshly baked bread for breakfast? I know I do. One of the most luxurious things I can think of when I think of breakfast is freshly baked bread and the smell of bread in the oven makes me drool. This is a pretty simple no knead bread with a minimum ferment time. Does it get any better than that?

Apart from being super easy to make this vegan bread is sooo soft and has only 5 ingredients!

The perfect bread

When I hear about people baking bread I usually get an image of someone spending hours in the kitchen kneading, waiting for the dough to ferment, and then kneading some more. Since I often don’t have that kind of time I rarely baked bread until i found a recipe that seemed too good to be true. I tweaked it a bit to make it perfect for me and voila! I had the perfectly delicious, super easy bread that I actually have time to make. Honestly, up until a few months ago I didn’t know that baking bread could be this easy.

This bread needs no kneading and ferments while you wait for the oven to get warm. I honestly cant get any easier than this!
