Delicious and healthy smoothie

One of my favourite things to have for breakfast is smoothie, especially in the spring and summer when I find it kind of hard to eat warm or heavy food. From time to time I also find it hard to get enough vitamins. Days like that a healthy smoothie is absolutely perfect for me.

Today I made a green smoothie with spinach, banana, mango and orange and it’s sooo delicious! Before I tried having spinach in my smoothies I have to admit that I was really sceptical! I mean, spinach in a smoothie!? Well, it turned out I had nothing to worry about! The spinach provides the smoothie with a lot of good stuff like vitamins, protein and fibers but doesn’t add any vegetably taste at all. Can it get any better than that!?

Calories: 306 kcal
  • 65 g spinach
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 1 mango
  1. Peel and cut the banana, mango and orange into smaller pieces.
  2. Add the spinach and water to the blender and mix.
  3. Add the fruits and mix until smooth.
  4. Top with fresh fruits and enjoy!
