
Overnight oats – a perfect breakfast
Are you like me and wish you had more time to make a really good breakfast in the morning? If you are overnight oats are perfect! Overnight oats are just like the name says; oats left in liquid over the night, often with some sort of flavouring.
Overnight oats are really easy to make and doesn’t tak more than a few minutes to prepare. All you have to do is stir all the ingredients together in the evening and cover the glass or bowl.
This one is flavoured with vanilla, banana and blueberries and it’s the best overnight oats I’ve eaten so far so I just have to share it with you!



Overnight oats
Ingredients
- 100 ml oats
- 150 ml almond milk
- 0,5 tbs chia seeds
- 0,5 tbs agave syrup
- 0,5 tbs shredded coconut
- 10-15 blueberries
- a pinch of vanilla sugar
Topping:
- Banana
- Blueberries
- Shredded coconut
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients in a glass or a bowl, mix and cover over night. I prefer to eat my overnight oats room temperatured, but if you want the, cold just put them in the fridge over night.
- In the morning, top with blueberries, banana and some shredded coconut.
- Enjoy!
