Vegan pan fried bread
Sometimes when I cook I somewhere in the middle of the cooking comes up with the brilliant idea that bread would be amazing to have with whatever I’m cooking, but of course I don’t have time to bake. For those days this pan fried bread is absolutely perfect! With as little as five ingredients and less than 15 minutes you can make a pan fried bread that’s sooo good to eat with a stew or a soup.
This bread is so easy to make you can hardly believe it’s true and the result is absolutely fantastic.

Hi! I m excited to try this recipe. Would it make a difference if I used bread flour? In that, would it make the bread better, or there would be no noticeable difference? Thanks?

Hi, thanks for reaching out!
Well, bread flour usually gives you a bit chewier result, with all purpose flour or wheat flour the bread gets a bit lighter. So it simply depends on how you like your bread 🙂
